Burlamaqui: “I’m going to leave everything on the field for Valencia CF"

VCF Mestalla are steadily adding players to the squad ahead of the upcoming new season with the training sessions set to start on July 12th at the Ciutat Esportiva. VCF Mestalla brand new signing, Alessandro Burlamaqui whose signing was made official last Tuesday is looking forward to starting.

“I’m really happy about coming to this club and I’m really looking forward to starting and giving it my all for the club” said Burlamaqui on VCF Media. The midfielder made a move from RCD Espanyol where he has spent six seasons and was the team captain in División de Honor Juvenil. Before then, he moved up through the ranks at various different Catalan sides without forgetting his Peruvian roots which took him to the international fold for his home country like the Under 17 Sudamericano tournament.

Now the opportunity has come about for him to take a step forward at the VCF Academy and the VCF Academy which he has visited when playing for RCD Espanyol B last season.
“I think that it’s a training ground with really good facilities and training pitches which I’ve had the chance to visit with RCD Espanyol, I know the history above all with the two Champions League finals”.

Burlamaqui also wants to become part of the club’s history, working his way step by step but with very clear premises. “I leave everything everything on the field, that is non-negotiable and I work as much as possible for the team I am in, and going to give it my all for Valencia CF”. On July 12th he will be set to start a new footballing experience that poses new challenges: “Collectively the aim is to bring the team up where it deserves to be and on a personal note keep on working and growing until my chance to play for the first team comes about”.
